We all know that there are some activities that we are asked to avoid for a certain period of time after our hair transplant. It would be really helpful if we could define those activities with time tables suggesting when we can resume doing them as well as defining how those activities might affect growth after a hair transplant.
I would like to start with one: sexuals activities

I think this varies quite a bit.  I was told not to do things that would increase blood flow to the head especially in latteral postions for the first 10 to 14 days post op.  I was doing some light running and cardio at 7 days post op and now I am 13 days post op and started weights again yesterday.  I am avoiding anything where I have to lie down and strain....like bench press and leg presses.  Shoulders and arms for right now and I am going with lighter weight.  My post op sheet in summary said just to take it easy for the first week.  I am referring to FIT/CIT and not Strip.

Best

I dont think that there is any problem with having normal sexual activities after HT.
I had 3 surgeries (2 fuss and 1 fue) and no problems after surgery. 2 days after surgery I felt very fit physically. For doing my bodybuilding program, I have waited 4 weeks.
After 2 or 3 weeks I started with cardio and light weights. What we should avoid is to run against heavy weights or other training machines, that could cause injuries in the transplanted area.

From what I've been told sexual activity is critical to avoid the first 2 days because the increased blood pressure may put the graft at risk of popping out. And after that the first week really is recommended to be avoided because of the possibility of too much physical activity (girl putting her claws on your head in the heat of the moment, etc)

I think all Drs have slightly different post op care procedures.  I think alot is just general common sense.

Regarding working out Dr Armani at the time of my op, April last year was recommending not to workout for 30 days from memory.  I think it was more in regards to sweating causing a possible infection rather than the actual physical aspects of exercise.  I think better safe than sorry.  I love working out, and it was really hard for me to not train for a month, but I did so just to be sure of the best result I could get.

I wouldnt go out in the sun for long periods also, wear a loose hat or bandanna etc.

I also think, that the most important thing is to keep the Ht zone clean from dust and dirt, or too much sweat. Means, if you work in a dusty area, you should always wear a hat and do the daily washing procedure as written in the post OP instructions.
Also for more than 6 month, I always avoid to let the sun shine directly on my head.
I think, that a sunburn in the Ht zone would be not good for growth.
As I already had 3 procedures, I know what I'm talking about.

I would avoid anything that causes high blood pressure...

Sex & heavy lifting I was told by Dr Armani when I had my procedure.

For the first couple of weeks you want to avoid the gym. The varies if you have strip or FUE. Try not to touch the grafts for the forst 3 weeks minimum. A loose hat might be ok but you want to check with your doctor.

No tanning or direct sunlight on the grafts, you do not want to be getting a sunburn!

I have read somewhere that after one week the grafts are totally secure and the only way they can be removed at this time is through another hair transplant. True?
