| I am from the Chicago area and have recently had a consultation with Bosley. The consultant was very nice and seemed to know alot about the procedure. Then I met the doctor and he recomended 1,200 grafts for my hairline. I am thinking to schedule for a procedure next month and wondered what others have thought, or if anyone could share their experience with this clinic. Thanks!

| Hi Helpmyhair, I would definitely reconsider getting anything done at Bosley. I had 2 consultations with them myself until I did some research. I found a lot of complaints about Bosley and then checked the American Hair Loss Association. Bosley is not reputable and I wouldn't go to any hair transplant clinic with an infomercial. I found Armani by going through hair loss forums and had a free consultation with him in Canada. It was the best decision of my life, thank God I didn't go through with the procedure at Bosley, there are so many horror stories. If I were you, I would get free consultations from reputable doctors, I would personally suggest Armani since he completed my procedure last year. Let us know how things turn out. Gabriel

| I would also reconsider Bosley. I have not read many good things about them in all of my research. Spend some time on this forum and others, maybe 2-3 months reading about different doctors and then make your decision.

| Not sure where you have been doing your research. Maybe Bosely have great commercials, but if you are looking for a good hairtransplant rather than a lesson in marketing Id go with atleast 40 other places before Bosely. I also wouldnt limit my Dr choice by location. I personally flew from Japan to have my procedure in LA just to have my Dr of choice, and happy I did. There are many factors to think about when considering a transplant. The fact that you are thinking Bosely, I suggest you spend at least another few months researching and talking to as many Drs and forum goers as you can. Good Luck with it all.

| Bosely will give you a thin unnatural result. To put things in perspective, I've had over 3,000 grafts for my hairline. 1,200 is in most cases is way too little for a hairline. It would look 'pluggy.'

| Bosley is not a place where you want to have a hair transplant. They have a clinic or three in every state and you never know what doctor you are getting. They are like the Mc Donalds of Hair transplants. You never know what yo uare getting with them. I am currently researching my procedure and have narrowed it down to three choces 1- Hasson & Wong 2- Dr. Armani 3- Dr Feller I suggest yo utake a look at these three doctors and choose who you like the best.
